Charge Over You

DARWIN & NIETZSCHE BEWARE
This is a difficult movie to review without giving away spoilers. Suffice it to say, that this somewhat draggy movie could easily be a kind of step-child to the "Left Behind" series. The DVD casing proclaims: "THE LAST 15 MINUTES OF THIS FILM WILL BLOW YOU AWAY - DON'T MISS IT!" Perhaps this warning was to keep the viewer from exiting before the grand finale or not falling asleep and wondering if it was necessary to go back and see what was missed. Indeed, any reaction to this film's ending will depend upon your own individual beliefs: whether you are an agnostic or atheist; a true believer; or just an interested party. Be that as it may, the movie does have some inherent problems. It is choppy, goes back and forth at times into flashbacks which are not always clear that they are flashbacks, and has certain scenes that make no sense until the final revelation, if even then.

The movie begins with an overdose death of a young female coed that seems to have no relevance...

Discovering America's Founders

Outstanding, Educational, Entertaining & Very Interesting!
I HIGHLY recommend the Drive Thru History (DTH) Discovering America's Founder Video, as well as ALL the Drive Thru History Programs. Dave Stotts has done an excellant job making history come alive, as well as make sense. Dave has a wonderful way of bringing these charaters come to life and how they relate to each other. A couple are relatives of mine, it was fun getting to know them, through this DVD. I've always appreciated history, but never in my 60 plus years of life, enjoyed learning it, until the Drive Thru History Programs. I stumbled across his program, when he first started on TV. His narrative made learning history fun for me, as well as connected history together, which may be the biggest difference. History text books did much to dry up my interest in History, where the DTH series woke up my desire for learning & understanding history. Great Job Dave & your fantastic team! Thanks for also providing a school program that will stimulate children (and adults) to understand...

Discovering America's Founders
This video is an excellent supplement for American History studies, or anyone interested in learning about America's history. It would be ideal for home schoolers. Dave Stotts is goofy, but enjoyable to listen to and watch, as he sometimes dresses for the occasion or place to which he is visiting or talking about. Seeing the video will make you want to visit for yourself.

Discovering America's Founders (Drive Thru History) by Dave Stotts
Dave Stotts and Focus on the Family hit another home run! The entire series should be at least shown to school aged kids and it is great entertainment (and informative) for we adults too.

Indescribable

Uplifting, inspiring, God honoring and family friendly!
What a nice surprise! We first saw this at my brother's church in Texas and my 11 year old quickly bought it for Father's Day for his Dad. We have since watched it a few times and shared with friends. The children actors and actresses are wonderful, so fresh and charming! After viewing this movie our 13 year old has been playing it on the piano and we have found ourselves as a family singing this hymn, frequently! The production quality was good too! We hope there will be more from Stacy and her husband. We need more movies like this that a family can watch together and be edified.

What a Great Movie
I was more than surprised. I have given this movie for gifts to many of my friends. All have come back and told me what a great movie it was. My kids have watched over and over.

Disappointed - Not about the movie, but the quality
Indescribable seemed like a good movie but it was hard to understand, it would freeze and skip. We don't even know how the movie ended as it just stopped. I would like a replacement, but when I go in to select a reason to replace, the dropdown button does not drop down. I am very disappointed as the movie looked like it was a very wholesome family movie. I am still going to try to figure out how to have the movie replaced, but my time is running out.
