Kundalini Yoga: Green Energy of the Heart - All-In-One Workout (ALL LEVELS) by Ana Brett & Ravi Singh

Detailed Review of Exercises for This Lovely DVD
I have written out a detailed break-down of each segment of this DVD below. Everyone I have talked to who's been doing Ana and Ravi's yoga over the years has said that this one is like their old DVDs; the plain, white background and the style of music and exercises. Ana and Ravi both do the narration.

You NEED this DVD!
I think it is safe to say that THIS is the exercise DVD you've been waiting for your entire life. It does everything you've ever hoped for and more.

If you're like me and harbour a secret fantasy that a massage therapist could come over to your house every evening and undo the knots in your shoulders, sides and upper back, this DVD is going to make a world of difference to you. When I've finished with it, I feel better than after most massages I've had, and I can breathe into areas of my lungs that I didn't know existed. No other exercises, including hatha yoga, can open my heart like these. Sure, you're going to have to do the work instead of your imaginary massage therapist, but it won't feel like work - it's all play, and time never drags.

I own every DVD that Ana and Ravi have produced together, and this takes the crown, drawing in all the best aspects of their previous efforts. You wouldn't recognise Ana now in comparison to any of the earlier DVDs - she is...

Their Best One Yet!
Ana & Ravi have really outdone themselves with this beautiful presentation. There were parts of this DVD which were so moving that I burst into tears. I loved their choice of music, the pacing, the exercises, and the whole new look (white background, yay!). Ana is one of the great yoginis of our time. Ravi's sonorous and caring voice rocks my world. In a slight departure from their earlier DVD's, Ana narrates over the deep relaxation. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but it's really amazing. I'm also grateful that they included the matrix, which lets me create a half hour workout before I have to go to work. When I do this DVD in the morning I am smiling all day.
