I had missed this when it aired and while it was a tad expensive for a DVD I didn't want to miss it so I purchased it. It is a bit expensive but it was overall worth it to hear a good interview.

She is a truly fascinating lady!
Marvelous! I only wish it were longer! I studied acting in England and saw Dame Maggie many times at the National; what a treasure she is!

All the Presidents Men/Three Days of the condor
Love the suspense and story lines of both of these movies. Great acting by Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman in All the President's men. Also great recap of the Watergate scandal as far as a movie goes.
Three Days of the Condor is a suspensful and great movie starring Robert Redford. I have always enjoyed this movie even tho it took me 3 times watching it years ago to understand it. I love all of these CIA type of movies.

Groundbreaking 1970s Cinematic Political Paranoia
There was a great deal of political paranoia to be found in the cinema of the 1970's. To films in particular epitomize that era. Alan J. Pakula's ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN and Sydney Pollack's THREE DAYS OF THE CONDOR are two films in particular that capture and preserve that moment in time. Robert Redford stars in both films and his approach to both characters in each film seems initially like one of indifference with a dash of naiveté, but once drawn in he becomes very self reliant. Dustin Hoffman's character in ALL THE PRESIDENT'S MEN is more seasoned and cynical and welcomes the confrontation and must bring it to fruition. THREE DAYS OF THE CONDOR is a complex suspenseful political thriller directed by Sydney Pollack. A shroud of relentless paranoia permeates the entire film from beginning to end. 2 Great Movies in 1 package!
I was actually looking for "Three Days of the Condor" and what a surprise to find it attached to another great movie, "All The President's Men" for a great price. Robert Redford stars in both. In "Condor" he plays a CIA researcher who comes back to work from lunch only to find all of his co-workers dead. What follows is a cat and mouse game between he and the agency he thought he could trust. It also stars Faye Dunaway, Cliff Robertson, and Max Von Sydow. In "All The President's Men" Redford teams up with Dustin Hoffman to portray Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, the Washington Post reporters who follow a break-in at the Democratic headquarters at the Watergate Hotel all the way to the White House.

Rock N Learn Rocks!
My 1st Graders loved these videos. Other classes walk by my classroom and peer inside to see what kind of rap video we are watching. The kids love these videos and sing along with the characters. The school actually ended up purchasing the entire set of these Rock N Learn so the teachers could check them in and out. Great for learners of all ages! These make learning fun!

It should have been nominated in the Oscars
You'll have to just see it to believe.

I'm 47 years old. I normally walk out of animated films which sound too noisy for me.
I not only stayed the entire movie. I watched it again 4 times -- alone even, just to experience it again and again.
The magic of childhood is the magic of wonder, play, dream, believing. And if you still have that imagination left in you,
then maybe you could still sit down, laugh, cry, cheer with your kids while watching this movie.

How can an animated piece be so moving.
The previews for this movie looked fun and funny; seeing this movie in full-length was an even broader experience. This is one of those movies like "Finding Nemo" or "Toy Story" that will be timeless because of the content, the humor, and the wise message inherent in the storyline. I loved it . . . and so did my 29-year-old daughter and my four-year-old grandson.

Fabulous movie worth rewatching

NFL Super Bowl XLVII Champions: 2012 Baltimore Ravens

For Every Fan of Pro Football
I found myself in the unlikely position of a New Orleans Saints fan who plunked down a nice chunk of change to attend Super Bowl XLVII and rooting for both teams. On one hand, I was overjoyed beyond explanation that the 49ers had kept our arch rival Atlanta Falcons away from a Super Bowl on our own turf. I also have become a fan of the young superstar Colin Kaepernik, who played his 10th NFL start in the Super Bowl. On the other hand, I was also rooting for Ray Lewis, Michael Ohr, Jacoby Jones, and Ed Reed on the Ravens' side. I wound up sitting in the center of the Poydras Street end zone Loge (mid-level). From this vantage point, I could clearly see that Colin was an absolute nervous wreck for the entire first half, changing almost every play at the line and nearly running out the play clock each time. A 49er lady fan also noted the same thing. Half time did not solve his problem, and the Ravens were ahead 28-6 when the lights went out at 1:38 into the third quarter. This 34-minute...

More of a Review than anything New
I'm a pretty solid Ravens fan. I'm sure everyone who purchases this is as well. I just have to let people know what this is before they buy it.

If you are a casual fan you may enjoy this. It summarizes the season pretty well and gives the main events of the season. Almost like a 'cliff notes' of last season by someone who isn't particularly passionate about the Ravens.

If you are a pretty solid fan, you may want to purchase this just for memory's sake, but the film itself is nothing new. If you've followed the season, watched all the post/pre-game interviews, followed all the story lines, read all the articles on the ravens website, you won't see anything exclusive in this film.

In fact, I'm not sure but I feel that this was produced by the "NFL" not the Ravens organization and it really shows. It doesn't bleed purple and black like I thought it would. It failed to capture the high emotions of the playoffs, even the Broncos game which in...

Well put together BluRay
The 1080 on this is visually stunning. It looks as though the football players are right there with you. I love the special features section. I just wish they would of made it a bit longer in the segments. But overall, if you are a Ravens fan it is a must for your collection. Nice to put this one next to the 2000 Superbowl set which is only available on DVD. It does show segments for mic'd up as well as best shots (hits between players) during the 12 season.

Revelation Road: The Beginning of the End

A Solid Start
Revelation Road: The Beginning of the End is just that, a beginning of at the very least a two-part movie series from Pure Flix Entertainment. The viewer gets the opportunity to meet Josh, a traveling salesman with a secret but obviously destructive past. You can see early on that Josh has the capability to go a little unhinged when necessary but you can also see that this is not a side of himself that he entertains. We also meet a pretty rough biker gang who have a charismatic leader named Hawg. The gang has no problem with messing with people, stealing and eliminating witnesses, but they do have a problem with Joshua when he gets in their way.

You can tell Joshua has a past, but it changed dramatically when he met his wife. Or at least that is what Josh thought until he sees how easy it really is to slip back into his old skill set. Can a person really change? If tackling that question isn't enough for Josh, it seems there are a lot of energy spikes, thunder storms...

Excellent Picture
This video is of an excellent quality and it was such an inspiration to me and my family. I highly recommend this video to everyone and the seller.

A teaser for the next part
This is a great movie and will keep you entertained as well as speak some spiritual truth. I liked it and can't wait for part 2 to come out.

WWE: WrestleMania VIII

"The Nature Boy" Comes To WrestleMania
A couple of notes here in that this is the exact same version of this event taken from the WrestleMania Anthology set meaning that all references to "WWF" & various music has been changed to due the rights expiring but there is no blurring of the WWF logo since this event happened before the "Attitude Era."

WrestleMania made it's way to the Hoosier Dome in Indianapolis, Indiana for this edition of the event which was the first time in history being promoted as having a "double main event". The only celebrities involved with the show was Family Feud host Ray Combs & Reba McIntyre singing the "Star-Spangled Banner" while this was the WrestleMania debuts for Tatanka, Sid Justice, Lex Luger (via satellite to promote the World Bodybuilding Federation) and Ric Flair.

This Mania was built up as the possible retirement match of Hulk Hogan as he faced off against Sid Justice in a match that's mostly remembered for the confusing ending that to this day was given a clear...

The First One I Remember Watching
As a child, "Wrestlemania 8" was the first Wrestlemania I remember really getting into (anything before this I was just too young for). Thus, it will always hold a special place in my WM rankings. However, more objectively speaking, I also feel as if it was a pretty quality event in its own right.

The highlights for me included...

-The debut of Shawn Michael's "Sexy Boy" persona.
-The Undertaker absolutely manhandling Jake "The Snake" Roberts
-"Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Bret "Hit Man" Hart squaring off in an emotional friend-vs.-friend contest
-Ric Flair and "Macho Man" Randy Savage battling for the true affections of Elizabeth (a lot of emotion in this one)
-WM debut of Tatanka, always a fun character.

Sadly, as with "Wrestlemania VII", the reason I can't give this event the full five stars is because the final Hulk Hogan vs. Sid Justice match falls flat. Maybe the least inspiring final match of a Wrestlemania since the first...

WWE Wrestlemania 8 review
The Shawn Michaels-El Matador(Tito Santana) match was not great but good enough. The Jake Roberts-Undertaker match was simi-decent but no means a good match. The Intercontinental title match between Bret Hart & Roddy Piper was a back-and-forth,epic bout with great storytelling to boot. The 8 man tag team match between the team of The Big Bossman,Virgil,Sgt.Slaughter & Jim Duggan against the team of Repo Man,The Mountie & The Nasty Boys(Brain Knobbs & Jerry Sags) was pretty standard stuff but basically a filler. The World title match between Randy Savage & Ric Flair was a near-perfect,epic encounter. The Rick Martal-Tatanka match while not bad,it was just there to show off Tatanka. The World Tag Team title match between The Natural Disasters(Earthquake & Typhoon) & Money Inc(Ted Dibiase & IRS) was mediocre with a bad finish to boot. The Skinner-Owen Hart match was short and pointless. The Sid Justice-Hulk Hogan match was awful this side of WCW Starrcade 2000. I give this PPV a 7 out...
